10:08pm: lucky thirteenth
I was going to grade some papers before going home, but it's starting to snow, so I think I'll bring them home with me. It looks like it might get heavy tonight, so I hope all the students head home in a timely manner.

Subaru-kun, have you left yet? I think I'll stop at the market on the way home, if you'd care to join me. It's always nice to have the kitchen well stocked when the weather gets bad.

8:11pm: twelfth
[Accidental Video]

[Video starts in a dim room: the curtains are drawn but morning sunlight is filtering in, illuminating a lumpy looking tangle of bedclothes. The audio is faint, the intermittent sounds of running water and the rythmic whisper of a toothbrush. After a few moments Seishirou crosses the room in his shorts, having emerged from the bathroom, and pulls a dress shirt off a hanger in the closet. As he's working on the buttons, he half turns in the direction of the bed and speaks in a soft tone.]

I made coffee, but if you'd rather have tea you should get up now, or you won't have time to make it.

Subaru-kun...have you noticed what is happening to people here this time?

[If Subaru is in an attentive mood, he might notice the building presence of Seishirou's power, in the brief space before he strikes. It's unmistakable then, as the windows shatter inwards in a sudden maelstrom of petals and glass shards, swirling frantically in an airless wind around the room and it's occupent. Minor cuts blossom with blood against pale skin but the wounds are restrained, and as te storm disperses and settles, a familiar dark form stands, framed in the empty window pane]

9:41pm: ninth
[Not very filtered per say, but directed to students and faculty]

It would appear that Fai-sensei is taking an unforseen leave of absence from teaching. I don't believe there's any cause for alarm, but it seems he's under the effect of one of this world's little jokes. Students, never fear! I'm sure Fai-sensei will be back to himself and back in the classroom in no time, and in the meantime we will carry on with our educational endeavours as I'm sure he would want.

Until Fai-sensei is able to return you may of course bring any problems or concerns to me, and if anyone has any suggestions for the play I will happily collect them.

[He is not at all irritated at Subaru's dissapearance, nor looking for alternate entertainment >.>]

9:47pm: [Wandered into the gymnasium, ostensibly killing time...cheerfully watching the students being put through their paces by Kurogane-sensei from the bleachers while working on his lesson plans]

5:46pm: SEISHIROU REFUSES TO MISS HORNY-FEST '09
[But he's not announcing his return, either.]

[Accidental Video or is it?]

[Have some Seishirou lurking checking out his classroom, making sure everything's still in order and not too much time has passed. He's humming a little as he sifts through paperwork with a benign smile. Then notices the journal is recording...] Ah... [And reaches over to shut it off.]

[Accidental video bandwagon]

[Video starts with a view of hallway and bathroom through a partially open door, and various sounds offscreen as of someone moving around. A pair of legs pas directly in front of the camera and recede into Seishirou, walking into the bathroom in his pajamas and pushing the door open wider. He discards his shirt and drapes a hand towel over his shoulder before picking up his toothbrush and looking into the mirror.

The scene that begins in the mirror shows Seishirou walking through an institutional looking hallway with an armload of packages, chatting with a lavishly dressed and evidently female Subaru doppleganger. Their conversation is muddled by the water running in the sink, but it sounds like something about books and animals and Subaru. Their conversation is interupted by crashing and yelling up ahead, and Seishirou drops his load and breaks into a run, outpacing the girl.

Subaru comes into view, looking resigned and unmoving as a deranged woman lunges at him with a knife, and the girl is screaming his name but then Seishirou is between them. Before Subaru realizes what is happening the knife has made contact with Seishirou instead, his glasses dashed aside and broken and his right eye a fountain of blood, staunched by his hand. Then Subaru is the one screaming.

The scene fades back into his own impassive reflection, and he continues applying toothpaste to his brush, and after a few more moments he notices the journal and tosses his towel over it's view.]

10:41am: Filtered to Yuzuriha during lunchbreak
Yuzuriha-chan, I've been reviewing the homework I assigned before my absence, and yours is a bit incomplete...I would like for you to stay after class today to discuss how you're doing, if that's alright.

8:53pm: sixth
Here again, hm? It would be nice if my suite is still in order. I wonder how much time has passed here.

11:24pm: Fifth
Well, this has been an interesting few days indeed! Between Fai-sensei's absence and that dreadful fog, I'm afraid school has been a bit irregular. But I do hope everyone is ready to resume regular attendance! I have a joint project for both classes that I think everyone will enjoy!

[Was not particularly bothered by ghosties and mostly spent the time reading and ignoring them]

2:06pm: [Seishirou will be spending the afternoon in the park, collecting caterpillars for a butterfly hatching project for the younger class (Actually a shikigami will be collecting caterpillars, he brought a book).]

[Feel free to come bother chat with him, or wtf at the large bird of prey depositing wrigglies in a box of twigs and leaves at his side]


[[And if any of the chibi!muns would like to incorporate this project into their threads at all, he'll have his students make "homes" by stretching pantyhose over wire lampshade frames (the hotels are so accommodating!) and putting plenty of leaves and branches inside. They can carry them back and forth from school if they're careful. They'll have to keep a journal documenting what they see and draw pictures of the different stages (caterpillar, chrysalis, hatching, etc). After they've hatched the class will release them in the park.]]

Hello, my name is Sakurazuka Seishirou. I've been here for a little while now, but I'm still somewhat new. I'm going to be teaching biology at the school starting tomorrow, so I thought I would introduce myself over again for the benefit of my soon-to-be students.

So, to my students, you may address me as Sakurazuka-sensei...I'm a former veterinarian, and I value respect and punctuality. As long as you work hard, I'm sure we'll get along well. ^_^

[Has spent the morning expanding his wardrobe alone, and isn't worried, per se...but is perplexed by the rules of this world, finally deciding to take out the journal back at the hotel]

Hokuto-chan was supposed to be taking me clothes shopping today. I can't trace her presence on any of the islands. And there's a barrier my shikigami can't pass...

Subaru-kun? Do you know where your sister is?

10:10pm: First
[After having gone to bed and woken up in the ruinous structure of the welcome center, with no one currently around to try and explain the situation, has come to the dubious conclusion that he must be dead. Which is irritating on a number of levels.]

This...

Is unexpected. This place is at least as real as I am in it. If it's a trick, it isn't Subaru-kun's spell.

He would never attempt something like this anyway.

There isn't anyone alive who could use magic this strong.

Well...if I'm dead, it's very anticlimactic. No one should have been able to get into my apartment without my noticing. Subaru-kun will be upset when he finds out.
